Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

  1. Overview

 Friendli Technologies, Inc. (“Friendli,” “we,” or “us”) offers subscription‑based digital access to certain enhanced features within the Friendli dating and social‑networking

Application (“App”).  Because Friendli provides digital content and ongoing service access, this policy explains how recurring billing, feature delivery, renewals, and cancellations operate.

  1. Complimentary Access (Initial Vouch Cards)

All new users receive two free initial vouch cards in which they can send and view introduction of the candidates who receive the free vouch cards.   Free access provides limited functionality and access only to basic service features. Users may upgrade at any time to one of the paid tiers listed below.

  1. Tiered Monthly Subscriptions Prices and Primary Features

Paid plans are delivered digitally, immediately after full payment confirmation and verification by Friendli’s authorized payment processor or app‑store partner.

Premium USD $14.99 / month, 7 Vouch Cards; Chat; AI Date Planner; GPS Safety Tracking; Safety Verification; Concierge Support; Social Networking (Friendship Portal) Access; Opens Second‑Level Interactions

Elite USD $19.99 / month, 10 Vouch Cards; Chat; AI Date Planner; GPS Safety Tracking; Safety Verification; 24/7 Concierge Support; Emergency Assistance; Friendship Portal; 

Global Vouch; Opens Third‑Level Interactions

Add‑Ons:

Add‑ons are one‑time purchases, not subscriptions. They are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and hold no cash value.

Single Vouch Cards USD $4.99-  Users can purchase additional vouch cards as needed. 

User who have subscriptions and purchase additional vouch cards can use the vouch card according to the subscription plan in which they purchased. Single vouch cards without subscription do not include AI summaries, voice introductions, CHAT, or candidate profile information and photographs.

Day Pass – USD $5.99, Unlocks a single-use chat session

Vouch Card Repository USD $7.99– Stored vouch cards

Bundle – USD $ 10.99 (Day Pass, Repository, and 5 single vouch cards)

  1. Feature Activation and Limits

Chat Unlock: triggers automatically when a match occurs; it expires once communication with that match ends. Friendship Portal: available only to Premium and Elite subscribers; provides access to group events, social networking, and “Vouch Stories.” It expires after two (2) years of account inactivity or upon data‑deletion request. To maintain community security, Friendli may limit the number of daily communications or restrict interactions as necessary.

  1. Recurring Billing and Renewal

5.1 Automatic Renewal

All paid subscriptions renew monthly by default until you cancel. Each renewal charges the same subscription fee (plus any applicable taxes) to the payment method on file.

5.2 Billing Cycle & Term

Plans renew consecutively for twelve‑month terms (monthly installments), or as otherwise specified during purchase, unless prohibited by applicable law.

5.3 Payment Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize Friendli and its payment processors to: Store and tokenize payment credentials; Charge your account automatically at renewal; and Obtain updated card details from your issuer when necessary to complete future payments.

5.4 Failed Payments

If a transaction is declined, the processor will automatically retry. If unable to collect payment, Friendli may: (a) notify you via email; (b) suspend premium access; and/or (c) terminate your subscription until outstanding balances are resolved.

  1. Taxes and Fees

Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or local surcharges. Friendli automatically applies required sales or value‑added taxes based on your billing address at checkout.

  1. Cancellations

7.1 Timing Requirement

You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of your current billing cycle to prevent automatic renewal.

7.2 Digital Access After Cancellation

You will retain access to paid features until the end of the already‑paid term. No partial‑month or unused‑service refunds are issued unless required by law.

7.3 How to Cancel Within App: Navigate to Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription; or Through App Store: Manage your subscription via your Apple ID or Google Play Account settings following the respective platform’s instructions.

  1. Purchases via Non‑Friendli Services (App Stores)

Subscriptions purchased using Apple App Store or Google Play (“Non‑Friendli Services”) are processed and governed by those services’ own terms of sale and refund policies. All cancellations, billing inquiries, and refund requests for such purchases must be handled directly through the relevant app‑store account interface. Friendli cannot modify or reverse those transactions.

  1. Delivery of Digital Features

Upon successful payment processing: Subscription benefits unlock instantly within your account dashboard; Add‑ons appear under your user profile’s “My Assets” or “Vouch Repository”; and Concierge and AI Date Planner services become available for interactive use. There is no physical shipping. All deliveries are digital, immediate, and accessible via the Friendli platform.

  1. Account Ownership and Transfer

Subscriptions and add‑ons are personal to each account. Access, credits, Vouch Cards, or premium features may not be transferred, sold, traded, or converted to cash value.

  1. Refunds and Disputes All payments are final except where required by: Applicable consumer‑protection laws; or Platform‑specific refund requirements under Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Users seeking charge reversals or billing assistance should review Friendli’s separate Return & Refund Policy and Chargeback Dispute Policy.
  2. Modifications to Pricing or Services

Friendli reserves the right to modify prices, feature sets, and plan structures with reasonable notice. Any change will apply at the next renewal cycle unless you cancel prior to that date.
